Requirements
Minimum required amount of participants for any private group for Saturday or Sunday, is 10 participants.
Minimum required amount of participants for any corporate group for Monday through Friday is 20 participants.
Two week reservation upon availability.
$150.00 to $250.00 non refundable deposit required to hold a reservation date depending on group size.

Scheduling, Reservations & Restriction Requirements:
Interested groups must contact Carnage Paintball Supply, LLC. at least 14 days prior to the anticipated
event for scheduling availability. Groups will then be scheduled based on available dates. A $150.00 non
refundable deposit for a group of less than 20 people or a $250.00 non refundable deposit for a group of
more than 20 people must be issued 14 days prior to the scheduled event to secure any available dates.
Upon deposit, approval, and reservation, your event coordinator will receive a complete informational
package by e-mail upon request. The package will contain a registration sheet, liability waivers, current
flyers, and a reservation cover sheet. No cancellations at any time. Groups may reschedule no later than
48 hours prior to the scheduled event. Groups that reschedule will be charged a $40 dollar rescheduling
fee. The minimum number of participants is required for group rates to apply. If a group does not have the
minimum number of players required for the group rate they reserved on the day of the event, then the
group will be charged the difference in pricing between the currently reserved rate and the rate that
applies to their current number of players.

Waver:
All participants are required to fill out a waver before playing at Carnage. Players under 18 years
of age must have a parent or guardian fill out the waver. For your convenience, you may view and print the
waver from the website and bring to the field already filled out.

Our tech will do most all of your work with in a day which gives you a 1 day turn
around. Sometimes it may take longer, but know you are in good hands. We do everything we can to make sure that
your marker gets back to you in time for your weekend of enjoyment at our fields.
